| Problem: | In Administration, User Accounts, User Account checkbox ‘Requires new password at next login’ is selected. User attempts to log in to Expedition, but is not prompted to change password. |
| Cause: | Expedition Professional is finding a newer version of the Java Runtime Environment on the client workstation than it used by Expedition. In order to intercept the login and prompt for a new password, the appropriate version of Java must be installed. |
